Delete your account
You can delete your Wadaag account at any time. Here is exactly what happens.
How to request deletion
Email support@wadaag.app with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line, from the email address on your account. Include your display name.
Requests are processed within 30 days. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.
What is removed
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo) and login credentials.
- Your membership in circles — you will no longer appear as an active member.
- Your device tokens and notification settings.
What may be retained
Contribution and ledger records tied to a shared circle may be retained for the integrity of that group's history and to meet legal or accounting obligations. A circle's ledger is the group's shared record — it should not develop gaps because one member left. Where possible, retained records are anonymized.
Your subscription
Deleting your Wadaag account does not cancel an active Wadaag Membership — the subscription is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid further charges.
