These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wadaag's mobile apps and website (the "Service"), operated by Muslim Path ("Wadaag," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Wadaag is

Wadaag is a tool for organizing and tracking group savings circles (ayuuto, hagbad, susu, ROSCA, tanda, chama). It helps members record contributions, payout order, and circle activity. Wadaag is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, escrow service, or financial institution. We do not hold, pool, move, lend, or guarantee any money. Members pay one another directly, outside the app.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Wadaag Membership & billing

Wadaag Membership is an auto-renewing subscription at $0.99 per month per user, billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play through your store account. It renews monthly until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Restore purchases is supported. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's refund policies. Prices may change prospectively with notice.

The membership pays for software only. It is not a fee on your savings and includes no banking, escrow, insurance, or payment protection. Wadaag charges no transaction fees because no transactions occur within the Service.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your circle's rules and agreements, for the accuracy of the contributions and payouts you record, and for resolving any payment questions or disputes directly with your circle admin and the members involved. Wadaag records information you and your circle enter; it does not verify, mediate, or guarantee any payment between members. A record in Wadaag does not prove bank settlement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; do not attempt to access data or circles you are not a member of; do not harass other members; and do not interfere with or attempt to breach the security of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as messages, records, and your profile photo). You grant Wadaag a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you and your circle members.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that records entered by users are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wadaag and Muslim Path will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, funds, or savings arising between members, since Wadaag does not handle money. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wadaag and Muslim Path harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your circle activity, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Certain circle records may be retained after account deletion for group integrity, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
