Wadaag does not process or hold group funds. Members pay each other directly, outside the app — cash, bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, mobile money, or any channel the circle chooses.

Wadaag is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, escrow service, lender, or financial institution. It does not hold, pool, invest, or guarantee member funds, and it does not use payment processors for group contributions because contributions never pass through Wadaag.

A record in Wadaag does not prove bank settlement. Records are entered by circle members and are the group's shared bookkeeping — visible to all members, append-only, and timestamped — not receipts issued by a financial institution.

Wadaag Membership is an auto-renewing subscription at $0.99 per month per user, billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime in your store account settings. The membership covers software only — no banking, escrow, insurance, or payment protection is included.

Roles: Admin (full management), Co-Admin (member management), Member (view and contribute). Circles are private to their members.
